目的：采用HPLC法测定无糖型胃炎灵颗粒中的柚皮苷。方法色谱柱为SunFire C18，流动相为乙腈-水（22∶78，磷酸调pH＝3），检测波长283 nm，流速1．0 mL·min-1，柱温30℃。结果柚皮苷浓度15．56～140．04 mg·L-1与峰面积的线性关系良好（r＝0．9998），平均加样回收率为98．5％，RSD＝1．26％。结论所建方法准确、重复性好，可用于测定无糖型胃炎灵颗粒中的柚皮苷。

목적：채용HPLC법측정무당형위염령과립중적유피감。방법색보주위SunFire C18，류동상위을정-수（22∶78，린산조pH＝3），검측파장283 nm，류속1．0 mL·min-1，주온30℃。결과유피감농도15．56～140．04 mg·L-1여봉면적적선성관계량호（r＝0．9998），평균가양회수솔위98．5％，RSD＝1．26％。결론소건방법준학、중복성호，가용우측정무당형위염령과립중적유피감。
Objective To establish a method to determine naringin in sugar free type weiyanling granule.Methods An HPLC method was established with SunFire C18 column.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(22∶78,pH was adjusted to 3 with phosphoric acid)with the flow rate of 1 .0 mL·min-1 and the detective wavelength was 283 nm.The column temperature was at 30 ℃.Results Within the range of 1 5.56~1 40.04 mg·L-1 ,there was a good linear relationship between the concentration and peak area of naringin (r=0.999 8).The average recovery was 98.5 % with RSD of 1 .26 %.Conclusions The method is accurate,reliable,reproducible and suitable for the determination of naringinin in sugar free type weiyanling granule.
