实验室文化建设非一朝一夕可建成，它是一个需要不断积累和沉淀，又是动态发展的过程。提出了高等院校实验室文化的内涵，指出实验室文化包括物质文化与精神文化，并从物质基础保障、制度建设、队伍建设、研究方向、人文环境五个方面，提出建设建议。
實驗室文化建設非一朝一夕可建成，它是一箇需要不斷積纍和沉澱，又是動態髮展的過程。提齣瞭高等院校實驗室文化的內涵，指齣實驗室文化包括物質文化與精神文化，併從物質基礎保障、製度建設、隊伍建設、研究方嚮、人文環境五箇方麵，提齣建設建議。

It is widely accepted that the laboratory culture is not likely to be built overnight. It needs accumulation, which is deifnitely a dynamic process. This paper puts forward the connotation of the laboratory culture in universities, of which consists both material and spiritual culture. Finally, it suggests some approaches to its development.
