目的观察经内镜下止血联合生长抑素在急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血（ANVUGIB）中的作用以及临床疗效。方法对我院2010年1月~2012年1月间收住入院的120例ANVUGIB患者进行回顾性分组研究，其中对照组60例，治疗上采取常规药物保守治疗；观察组60例，采用经内镜下金属钛夹止血、高频电极电凝止血，止血术后联合生长抑素治疗。观察两组药物的临床止血作用，并详细记录止血的时间以及副反应等观察指标。结果观察组止血总有效率为96.67%，显著高于对照组的80.0%（P＜0.05）。此外，观察组治疗期间副反应比例为8.33%，亦低于对照组的30.0%（P＜0.05）。结论经内镜下止血联合生长抑素治疗 ANVUGIB疗效确切，止血效果好，副反应少，值得临床推广。
목적관찰경내경하지혈연합생장억소재급성비정맥곡장성상소화도출혈（ANVUGIB）중적작용이급림상료효。방법대아원2010년1월~2012년1월간수주입원적120례ANVUGIB환자진행회고성분조연구，기중대조조60례，치료상채취상규약물보수치료；관찰조60례，채용경내경하금속태협지혈、고빈전겁전응지혈，지혈술후연합생장억소치료。관찰량조약물적림상지혈작용，병상세기록지혈적시간이급부반응등관찰지표。결과관찰조지혈총유효솔위96.67%，현저고우대조조적80.0%（P＜0.05）。차외，관찰조치료기간부반응비례위8.33%，역저우대조조적30.0%（P＜0.05）。결론경내경하지혈연합생장억소치료 ANVUGIB료효학절，지혈효과호，부반응소，치득림상추엄。
Objective To observe the ef ect of endoscopy combined with somatostatin used in acute nonvariceal upper gastro intestinal bleeding. Methods We made a retrospective research on 120 cases of patients with ANVUGIB. Control group had 60 cases and used conventional medicine conservative treatment. Observation group had 60 cases and usd endoscopic metal titanium clamp hemostatic,high-frequency electrode,an electrocautery unit blood bleeding postoperative combined therapy with somatostatin. We Observed two groups of drug clinical hemostatic ef ect, detail y recorded bleeding time and side ef ects indexes. Results Hemostatic total ef ective rate of observation group was 96.67%,obviously more than that of control group 80.0%(P<0.05).In addition, adverse event rate of observation group was 8.33%,also lower than that of control group 30.0%(P<0.05). Conclusion Endoscopy combined with somatostatin used in acute nonvariceal upper gastro intestinal bleeding have curative ef ect and good hemostatic ef ect.and it has less side ef ects,so it is worthy of further clinical promotion.
