目的对哨点医院流感样病例咽拭子标本、胶体金阳性标本和监测病例标本进行检测，及时发现H7N9禽流感病例等。方法采用实时定量荧光 RT-PCR方法进行检测。结果从哨点医院咽拭子标本中检出一例H7N9禽流感病毒核酸阳性。结论经省级复核并结合临床症状诊断为盐城市首例 H7N9禽流感病例。
목적대초점의원류감양병례인식자표본、효체금양성표본화감측병례표본진행검측，급시발현H7N9금류감병례등。방법채용실시정량형광 RT-PCR방법진행검측。결과종초점의원인식자표본중검출일례H7N9금류감병독핵산양성。결론경성급복핵병결합림상증상진단위염성시수례 H7N9금류감병례。
Objective To detect clinical throat swab specimens including sentinel hospital ILI,col oidal gold positive samples and monitored cases for timely detection of cases of human infection with avian influenza A(H7N9) virus. Methods To detect throat swab specimens by using real-time fluorescent quantitative RT-PCR. Results It was shown that a throat swab specimen of sentinel hospital ILI was avian influenza A(H7N9) virus with positive nucleic acid. Conclusions This case was confirmed as the first case of human infection with avian influenza A(H7N9)virus in Yancheng city.
