目的探讨256层螺旋CT血管成像对主动脉夹层的诊断价值。方法回顾性对86例主动脉夹层患者CT征象。在工作站后处理采用容积再现法(VR)、多平面重建(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)及曲面重建(CPR)等处理技术。结果86例主动脉夹层中均能明确显示真假腔及内膜片,71例典型主动脉夹层三维成像均能显示明确破口,显示率为82.6%。根据DeBakey分型,本组86例主动脉夹层患者中显示I型10例(11.6%),II型3例(3.5%)和III型73例(84.9%)。结论多层螺旋 CT能够快速、准确诊断主动脉夹层,能清晰的显示真假腔、内膜及受累血管范围,对临床治疗有着重要意义。

목적탐토256층라선CT혈관성상대주동맥협층적진단개치。방법회고성대86례주동맥협층환자CT정상。재공작참후처리채용용적재현법(VR)、다평면중건(MPR)、최대밀도투영(MIP)급곡면중건(CPR)등처리기술。결과86례주동맥협층중균능명학현시진가강급내막편,71례전형주동맥협층삼유성상균능현시명학파구,현시솔위82.6%。근거DeBakey분형,본조86례주동맥협층환자중현시I형10례(11.6%),II형3례(3.5%)화III형73례(84.9%)。결론다층라선 CT능구쾌속、준학진단주동맥협층,능청석적현시진가강、내막급수루혈관범위,대림상치료유착중요의의。
Objective To evaluate diagnostic value of 256-silice spiral CT angiography in aortic dissection. Methods Analize data of 86 aortic dissection cases by CTA. The data were reconstructed by volume rendering(VR),multiplanar reconstruction(MPR),maximum intensity projection(MIP)and curved planar reconstruction(CPR)and other reconstructions. Results The ture lumens,false lumens and the dissection menbranes were showed definitely in al 86 cases by CTA.The primary crevices were visible in 71 cases obviously(82.6%).According to DeBakey typing ,this group of 86 patients was composed of type I(10cases,11.6%) , type II (3cases,3.5%)和type III型(73cases,84.9%).Conclusion The features(including ture lumens,false lumens and the dissection menbranes)of aortic dissection can be diagnosed by 256-slice CTA fast and accurately and non-invasive ,and 256-slice CT can provide accurate imaging information for clinical therapy.
