目的探讨睾丸原发性非霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床病理特征和治疗。方法回顾性分析本科室经手术病理证实的2例睾丸原发性非霍奇金淋巴瘤的表现治疗及文献复习。结果临床表现为进行肿大的无痛性肿块，病理为单一小淋巴细胞组成的组织，免疫组化：LeA、CD20、CD45 RA阳性。结论目前治疗多沿用睾丸外相应淋巴瘤的治疗方案，有些确诊的局限性疾病可以通过单纯的睾丸切除术治愈。

Objective To investigate the clinical features and treatment for primary testicular non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Methods 2 patients were diagnosed primary testicular non-Hodgkin's lymphoma by pathologic tests after operation. The clinical manifestation and treatment of the 2 patients was summarized retrospectively. Results The main manifestation was continuous painless testicular mass. The pathologic feature was congeneric smal lymphocyte. Immunohistochemical staining for LCA,CD20, CD45,BA were positive. Conclusions Current diagnose and treatment principle for primary testicular non-Hodgkin's lymphoma is according to non-Hodgkin's lymphoma located out of testis. Patients with local testicular mass can be cured by orchiectomy.
