目的研究乳酸杆菌（Lactobacilus fermentum，Lb-f）对人卵巢癌细胞OVCAR3裸鼠移植瘤生长和细胞凋亡的影响。方法建立人卵巢癌细胞OVCAR3裸鼠移植瘤模型，乳酸杆菌治疗3w后，处死动物，剥离肿瘤，测量瘤体积并计算抑瘤率，流式细胞计数分析细胞凋亡情况。结果高剂量组乳酸杆菌抑瘤率可达73.0%，肿瘤细胞有明显的凋亡，与对照组的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳酸杆菌可有效地在裸鼠体内抑制卵巢癌OVCAR3细胞生长，其作用机制涉及诱导细胞凋亡。
목적연구유산간균（Lactobacilus fermentum，Lb-f）대인란소암세포OVCAR3라서이식류생장화세포조망적영향。방법건립인란소암세포OVCAR3라서이식류모형，유산간균치료3w후，처사동물，박리종류，측량류체적병계산억류솔，류식세포계수분석세포조망정황。결과고제량조유산간균억류솔가체73.0%，종류세포유명현적조망，여대조조적차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론유산간균가유효지재라서체내억제란소암OVCAR3세포생장，기작용궤제섭급유도세포조망。
Objective To study the ef ects of Lactobacilus fermentum (Lb-f) on growth and apoptosis of ovarian cancer OVCAR3 cel xenograft tumor. Methods The human ovarian cancer OVCAR3 nude mouse xenograft model was established. After treatment with LB-f for three weeks, the animals were sacrificed and the tumors were stripped. The tumor volume was measured to calculate the inhibition rate. The flow cytometry was used to analyze apoptosis. Results The inhibition rate of high dose Lb-f was 73.0%, and significant apoptosis was observed in tumor cel s treated with Lb-f. The dif erence was statistical y significant (P<0.05) compared with the control group. Conclusion Lactobacilus fermentum can ef ectively inhibit the growth of ovarian cancer OVCAR3 xenograft tumor in nude mouse, and its mechanism is partly involved in induction of apoptosis.
