目的了解电子麻醉记录单应用情况，为电子麻醉记录单的推广应用提供意见建议。方法收集电子化麻醉记录单10635份和纸质麻醉记录单10580份，按照病历书写规范进行检查，对缺陷内容的种类及数量进行对比分析。结果电子麻醉记录相对于纸质麻醉记录单缺陷种类和缺陷数量明显减少，缺陷率由26.16%下降为6.05%。结论电子麻醉记录单相对于纸质麻醉记录单优点较为明显，应加以推广应用。同时需要加强硬件建设和人员培训，以提高电子麻醉记录单的运行效能。

Objective To understand the application of electronic anesthesia record, provide opinions and suggestions for the promotion of electronic anesthesia record application. Methods Col ecting 10635 pieces of electronic anesthesia records and 10580 pieces of paper anesthesia records, according to medical record writing rules, checked and analyzed on the types and number of defects. Results The defect types and number of defects of electronic anesthesia records were significantly reduced relative to the paper anesthesia records, defects rate decreased from 26.16% to 6.05%.Conclusion The electronic anesthesia records' advantage is obvious, should be promoted. Hardware building and staf training needs to be strengthened to improve the performance of electronic anesthesia record run.
