目的:建立一种兔腰椎间盘突出症的动物模型。方法动物随机分为实验组、对照组,每组10只,实验组将0.2 mL 无菌0.9%氯化钠溶液缓慢注入 L4~5椎间盘内。对照组椎间盘不穿刺注入,分别于造模后第2、4、8周进行X 线检查后处死,从解剖形态、X 线片、组织学观察椎间盘退变。结果该方法能使椎间盘质地变硬、椎间盘周缘骨赘形成、椎间隙变窄、纤维环纤维排列散乱、髓核消失,2~8周观察:解剖形态:被注射椎间盘质地逐渐变硬,椎间盘突向椎管内压迫硬脊膜,脊神经根有黏连,分离困难。椎间盘周缘可见局部骨赘形成,质硬;X 线片:腰椎间隙逐渐变窄,骨赘形成,椎间孔狭小;组织学:纤维环逐渐变薄,部分区域纤维层排列散乱,髓核消失,被增生的类骨质、骨质取代。结论选用家兔在直视下行椎间盘内注射0.9%氯化钠溶液的方法,可成功制备腰椎间盘退变模型。

목적:건립일충토요추간반돌출증적동물모형。방법동물수궤분위실험조、대조조,매조10지,실험조장0.2 mL 무균0.9%록화납용액완만주입 L4~5추간반내。대조조추간반불천자주입,분별우조모후제2、4、8주진행X 선검사후처사,종해부형태、X 선편、조직학관찰추간반퇴변。결과해방법능사추간반질지변경、추간반주연골췌형성、추간극변착、섬유배섬유배렬산란、수핵소실,2~8주관찰:해부형태:피주사추간반질지축점변경,추간반돌향추관내압박경척막,척신경근유점련,분리곤난。추간반주연가견국부골췌형성,질경;X 선편:요추간극축점변착,골췌형성,추간공협소;조직학:섬유배축점변박,부분구역섬유층배렬산란,수핵소실,피증생적류골질、골질취대。결론선용가토재직시하행추간반내주사0.9%록화납용액적방법,가성공제비요추간반퇴변모형。
Objective To establish a model of rabbit lumbar disc herniation. Methods In the experimental group,0. 2 mL 0. 9% saline were slowly injected into L4 ~ 5 intervertebral disc. We observe lumbar disc degeneration from anatomic form, X-ray,Histology. Results This method stiffened the lumbar disc texture,induced osteophyte periphery to the discs,narrowed the lumbar disc space,dispersed the annulus fibers and made nucleus pulposus vanished. Observation after 2 to 8 weeks:Ana-tomic exam showed the injected lumbar disc texture gradually stiffened,the lumbar disc protruded into the spinal canal,and the spinal nerve roots bonded,difficult to be separated. There was osteophyte formed around the periphery of the disc. X-ray showed that the lumbar gap gradually narrowed,formed the osteophyte,and the foramen waned. Histology showed the annulus gradually became thinner,and part of the regional fiber layers arranged scattered,the Nucleus vanish and have been taken place by oste-oid tissue and bone. Conclusion The lumbar disc degeneration model can be established by 0. 9% injecting saline into lum-bar disc of rabbit.
