目的：总结手足口病的临床特点，加深对重症手足口病的认识和早期识别，提高诊疗水平。方法对2009年1月至2013年12月收治的696例手足口病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果手足口病的高发年龄为3岁以下，流行高峰期为每年5-7月，本组696例手足口病患者中，一般病例680例(占97．7％)，均全部治愈，重症病例16例(占2.3％)，病死4例（占25.0%）。结论通过对696例手足口病患者临床资料进行回顾性分析，提高了对重症手足口病的认识，为早期识别重症手足口病及降低重症手足口病病死率积累了经验。

Objective To concluse the clinical features of hand-foot-and-mouth disease(HFMD), thus to deepen understanding and early discrimination of severe hand-foot-and-mouth disease ,and to improve its diagnosis and treatment .Methods: The clinical data of 696 cases of HFMD were treated from January 2009 to December 2013,al were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The high-risk age of HFMD was aged below 3 years old, and the peak of the epidemic was in the period between May and July. Among this group of 696 cases ,680(accounting for 97.7%)were general cases and 16(2.3%) were severe cases. Al the general patients were al cured.4 severe patients died. Conclusion :Retrospective analysis of 696 cases of HFMD improves our understanding of severe hand-foot-and-mouth disease and accumulate experience for early discrimination of severe hand-foot-and-mouth disease and reduce death rate of severe cases of HFMD.
