仪器设备是高校实验教学中心提高实验教学质量，培养学生科研创新能力的硬件基础。仪器设备的合理配置，可以充分发挥实验中心培养人才的功能，使教学与科研双管齐下。仪器设备管理工作应加强队伍建设；做好仪器设备档案管理，健全规章制度；配备完善的维修体系，提高使用效率。建立开放性实验室，实现仪器设备资源共享。

In experiment teaching center of universities, instrument and equipment was the hardware foundation of improving the quality of experiment teaching and cultivating students' scientiifc research innovation ability. The rational allocation of equipment could give full play to the function of talents training in experimental center and make teaching and scientiifc research working along both lines. Equipment management should strengthen the management team construction;complete the instrument and equipment archives management, perfect rules and regulations;equip with perfect maintenance system to increase efifciency. Open labs were established to realize the resource sharing of instruments and equipment.
