目的探讨医学模拟实践教学在基层卫生技术人员康复技能培训中的应用效果。方法抽取天津市河西区社区医院参加培训的2个班60名学员作为培训对象,抽签分为对照组和实验组。对照组采用传统培训方法,实验组采用医学模拟实践教学的培训方法。结果实验组学员认为医学模拟实践教学的培训方法能够提高学员综合能力。实验组学员理论及技能考核成绩显著优于对照组,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论医学模拟实践教学可以提高学员的综合素质和技能,激发了他们的学习兴趣,有利于提高培训效果。

Objective To explore the effect of the medical simulation teaching for health technical personnel in rehabilitation department. Methods Two classes of community hospital in Hexi district of Tianjin were randomized sampled into 2 groups. The simulation teaching method was applied in the experimental group while traditional teaching method in the control group. Results The trainees of the ex-perimental group thought that the medical simulation teaching method can improve the comprehensive abilities . The trainees’ performance on theory and skills examination were higher in the experimental group (P<0. 01). Conclusions The application of medical simulation teaching method can improve the compre-hensive abilities, inspire the study interesting and enhance the training effect.
