为了推进贵州省特色杂交水稻的材料创新,利用贵州省水稻研究所自主选育的红米恢复系红恢937和3个恢复系与6个不育系按不完全双列杂交方式配组F1,并对F1的产量、有效穗数、每穗粒数、结实率和千粒重进行配合力测定。结果表明:红恢937一般配合力以产量、每穗粒数、结实率表现好,其相对效应值分别为1.0255、1.9176、2.0842;同一性状在不同组合间以及同一组合的不同性状间,其特殊配合力表现差异较大。因此,在以红恢937为父本组配强优组合过程中,除综合考虑不育系的有效穗数、结实率、千粒重的一般配合力外,同时还要兼顾不育系的特殊配合力。

위료추진귀주성특색잡교수도적재료창신,이용귀주성수도연구소자주선육적홍미회복계홍회937화3개회복계여6개불육계안불완전쌍렬잡교방식배조F1,병대F1적산량、유효수수、매수립수、결실솔화천립중진행배합력측정。결과표명:홍회937일반배합력이산량、매수립수、결실솔표현호,기상대효응치분별위1.0255、1.9176、2.0842;동일성상재불동조합간이급동일조합적불동성상간,기특수배합력표현차이교대。인차,재이홍회937위부본조배강우조합과정중,제종합고필불육계적유효수수、결실솔、천립중적일반배합력외,동시환요겸고불육계적특수배합력。
In order to promote the material innovation of hybrid rice of Guizhou Province ,F1 was obtained by incomplete diallel-cross design using red rice restorer line Honghui 937,3 restorer lines and 6 male sterile line selected by Guizhou Rice Institute,and combining ability analysis of F1 were conducted for five traits (including yield ,productive panicle ,grains per panicle ,seed setting rate and 1000-grain weight ). The results showed that the expression of yield,grains per panicle,seed setting rate was better than other general combining ability (GCA)for Honghui 937,the value of them were 1.025 5,1.917 6,2.084 2 respectively. For specific combining ability (SCA),the difference were significant for the same traits in different combinations and different traits in the same combinations. Thus in the course of selection for Honghui 937 combination ,it was reliable to consider the general combining ability (GCA)of male sterile line such as productive panicle,seed setting rate and 1000-grain weight,the specific combining ability(SCA) were also taken account.
