针对天圆地方连接管道在制造过程中遇到的放样难的问题,可以采用一种建模编程放样方法代替传统手工作图方法来加以解决。首先通过理论推导得到数学模型,然后编制程序软件进行应用。实际工程应用的结果非常好,证明该方法是行之有效的正确方法。此建模编程放样方法的原理能够进一步推广到钣金放样的相关领域。

A lofting method of modeling and programming can be used instead of traditional manual mapping methods to solve the difficult problems in lofting during the manufacturing process of square dome shaped pipe. Firstly, mathematic model was obtained by theoretical derivation, then application software was compiled and applied. The results of the practical engineering application were very wel , and it proves that the method is an effective and right way. The principle of this modeling and programming lofting method can further promote to the sheet metal lofting in related fields.
