随着工业化的迅猛发展，人类社会面临着环境污染和资源枯竭的严重威胁，发展低碳经济是目前应对资源紧缺、保护环境的唯一选择。税收政策在发展低碳经济中发挥着有效的调控作用，但还存在着不足，本文探讨问题，寻求解决问题措施，为发展低碳经济出一份力。
隨著工業化的迅猛髮展，人類社會麵臨著環境汙染和資源枯竭的嚴重威脅，髮展低碳經濟是目前應對資源緊缺、保護環境的唯一選擇。稅收政策在髮展低碳經濟中髮揮著有效的調控作用，但還存在著不足，本文探討問題，尋求解決問題措施，為髮展低碳經濟齣一份力。
수착공업화적신맹발전，인류사회면림착배경오염화자원고갈적엄중위협，발전저탄경제시목전응대자원긴결、보호배경적유일선택。세수정책재발전저탄경제중발휘착유효적조공작용，단환존재착불족，본문탐토문제，심구해결문제조시，위발전저탄경제출일빈력。
With the rapid development of industrialization,human society is facing environmental pollution and resource depletion serious threat,Development of low-carbon economy is the current response to the scarcity of resources,protection of the environment only choice.Tax policy in the development of low-carbon economy is playing an effective role in regulating, but there is still a shortage,this paper investigates the problem,seek measures to solve the problem for the development of low-carbon economy a force.
