井眼是否清洁对于大位移井的安全钻进具有重要的作用，井眼清洁可以显著地提高机械钻速，降低钻井成本，减少井下复杂事故的发生，并能极大地提高钻井的经济效益，因此本文对大位移井的岩屑床影响因素进行分析以及清除技术的研究具有极大的工程价值和现实意义。本文通过对实验数据进行分析以及相关文献进行调研，总结了岩屑床的影响因素规律以及岩屑床的清洁办法，为今后的钻井过程中遇到岩屑床问题时，提供了可靠的解决办法。

The borehole is clean has an important role for the safety of drilling extended reach wells, wellbore cleaning can remarkably improve the mechanical drilling speed,reduce drilling cost,reduce the oc-currence of downhole accidents,and can greatly improve the drilling economic benefits,so the factors effect on the large shift well cuttings bed with great engineering value and practical significance of analysis and research the technology of removal.Based on the experimental data was analyzed and the related litera-tures,summarized the influence factors of the cuttings bed and the cuttings bed clean solutions for prob-lems encountered,cuttings bed drilling process in the future,and provides a reliable solution.
