目的：观察养血清脑丸与坎地沙坦酯联合使用治疗合并精神疾病的原发性高血压患者的疗效和安全性。方法将64例合并精神疾病的原发性高血压患者随机分为两组，每组各32例患者。治疗组口服养血清脑丸加坎地沙坦酯，对照组口服坎地沙坦酯，疗程均为4周。观察并记录用药前和用药后两组患者血压、头痛症状的变化及不良反应。结果与对照组相比，加用养血清脑丸患者头痛程度改善明显(P<0.05)。治疗组收缩压、舒张压均较对照组下降明显(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论养血清脑丸加用坎地沙坦酯治疗精神障碍患者的原发性高血压疗效确切，不良反应少，可成为合并精神疾病的原发性高血压患者的降压选择。
목적：관찰양혈청뇌환여감지사탄지연합사용치료합병정신질병적원발성고혈압환자적료효화안전성。방법장64례합병정신질병적원발성고혈압환자수궤분위량조，매조각32례환자。치료조구복양혈청뇌환가감지사탄지，대조조구복감지사탄지，료정균위4주。관찰병기록용약전화용약후량조환자혈압、두통증상적변화급불량반응。결과여대조조상비，가용양혈청뇌환환자두통정도개선명현(P<0.05)。치료조수축압、서장압균교대조조하강명현(P<0.05)。치료조치료유효솔우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론양혈청뇌환가용감지사탄지치료정신장애환자적원발성고혈압료효학절，불량반응소，가성위합병정신질병적원발성고혈압환자적강압선택。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety about Yangxue Qingnao pills and candesartan cilexetil in the treatment of primary hypertension patients with psychiatric disorders.Methods 64 cases of mental disorders in hospital with primary hypertension were randomly divided into 2 groups, 32 patients in each group. Within 4 weeks, the patients in treatment group accepted candesartan cilexetil and Yangxue Qingnao pills, but only candesartan cilexetil to control group. All patients’ blood pressure, headaches before and after the treatment and the adverse reactions were observed and recorded.Results Compared with control group, the headache degree of the patients in treatment group improved significantly (P<0.05). The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the patients in treatment group were improved significantly compared with control group (P<0.05). The effectiveness in treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion It is the ideal choice that Yangxue Qingnao pills combined candesartan cilexetil for mental disorders with primary hypertension, the curative effect is exact and the adverse reactions are less.
