采用高效液相色谱法,使用Hypersil C18不锈钢柱,用紫外检测器在236nm波长下同时测定2甲4氯钠·乙氧磺隆。流动相为乙腈-水(60+40)的磷酸二氢钾溶液,该方法的标准偏差为0.38%和0.022%,变异系数为0.94%和1.42%,回收率分别为98.1%~101.0%和98.4%~101.5%。

The quantitative determination of MCPA-Na and ethoxysulfuron by HPLC with Hypersil C18 column at 236nm was described. The mobile phase was acetonitrile+water(60+40). The results showed that the standard deviation was 0.38%and 0.022%, the coefficient of variation was 0.94%and 1.42%, and the recovery was 98.1%~101.0%and 98.4%~101.5%.
