针对某型风力机,在运行期间频繁发生振动超标故障的报警,对其进行现场振动测试。发现风力机系统在其发电机1400 r/min转速附近发生共振。主要原因是控制系统快速通过的控制区域与塔架自振频率区域存在偏差,风力机系统运行时未能快速通过共振区域。经过在风场现场对风力机控制系统的校正,风力机的共振停机问题得到解决。

Since the alarms of over-vibration occurred very often when the wind turbine was working, a vibration test was made for the wind turbine. By comparing the vibration data with the first-order natural frequency of the tower of the wind turbine, it was found that the resonance occurs at the speed of 1 400 r/min of the generator. By analyzing the phenomenon, it was found that the main reason for the resonance is that the wind turbine vibration can not quickly pass through the resonance region. The resonance problem was solved by correcting the control system of the wind turbin.
