在不同工况下对试验样车车内的不同位置进行噪声测量和分析,研究车内噪声的分布规律。通过数据分析得出:车速度每升高10 km/h,频率范围在125~200 Hz和800~2000 Hz,车内噪声增加4 dB;噪声在前后排座椅处存在差距,风噪声会使左右耳噪声值产生差距,差距会随着车速产生先变大后变小的规律;三厢车后排座椅噪声状况比两厢车要好。该研究结果对汽车减振降噪设计具有一定参考价值。

Noise of different positions inside a car were tested and analyzed, and the noise distribution was researched. The results show that the inner noise is increased by 4 dB (A) with the car’s speed raised by 10 km/h. Noises are different between front seat and back seat, and their frequency ranges of the noises are 125~200 Hz and 800~2 000 Hz respectively. Wind noise can make difference of the noise between left and right ears. This difference increases initially and then decreases with the increasing of the car’s speed. Sedan car’s noise situation of the back seat is better than that of Hatchback car’s. These results are of reference value in noise control design of automobiles.
