Propofol%Etomidate%Admixture%Stability
目的:探讨两种不同丙泊酚脂肪乳注射液分别与依托咪酯混合后的稳定性。方法将中/长链丙泊酚脂肪乳注射液、丙泊酚注射液分别与依托咪酯按1︰1(vol)混合,在25℃下于混合后0,1h,3h和6h观察混合液的外观、pH 值、乳剂颗粒大小和离心分层变化。结果6h内混合液未出现沉淀、絮凝和颜色改变,pH值稳定,混合物颗粒分布均匀无聚集,扫描电镜测得颗粒直径0.192~0.207μm,4000r/min离心15min无分层。结论在25℃环境下6h内丙泊酚中/长链脂肪乳注射液、丙泊酚注射液分别与依托咪酯混合后化学性质稳定。

목적:탐토량충불동병박분지방유주사액분별여의탁미지혼합후적은정성。방법장중/장련병박분지방유주사액、병박분주사액분별여의탁미지안1︰1(vol)혼합,재25℃하우혼합후0,1h,3h화6h관찰혼합액적외관、pH 치、유제과립대소화리심분층변화。결과6h내혼합액미출현침정、서응화안색개변,pH치은정,혼합물과립분포균균무취집,소묘전경측득과립직경0.192~0.207μm,4000r/min리심15min무분층。결론재25℃배경하6h내병박분중/장련지방유주사액、병박분주사액분별여의탁미지혼합후화학성질은정。
Objective To investigate the stability of the mixture of etomidate fat emulsion injection with Propofol Medium and Long Chain Fat Emulsion Injection or propofol injection ,respectively .Methods The mixture of etomidate fat emulsion injection with Propofol Medium and Long Chain Fat Emulsion Injection or propofol injection respectively were prepared ,and the appearance ,pH,grain size of emul-sion,centrifugal stratified change about the mixed liquor were observed at 0,1,3 and 6h(25℃).Results The mixed liquor didn't have sedi-ment,flocculation,color change in 6 hours and pH is stable.The distribution of particles was uniform and the diameter of paricle was 0.192~0.207μm under scanning electron microscope .No layering were observed after centrifuge for 15min,4000rpm.Conclusion It is stable for mixture of etomidate fat emulsion injection with Propofol Medium and Long Chain Fat Emulsion Injection or propofol injection respectively within 6 hours in the temperature of 25℃.
