目的:观察标本采集、送检、放置时间、温度对凝血四项测定结果的影响,为建立检测流程提供依据。方法对外科住院患者65例,病房早6:00前采集标本30min内送检,检验科即刻分离血浆标本检测凝血酶原时间(PT),纤维蛋白原(FIB),活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)和凝血酶时间(TT);其余标本分别保存4℃与室温在采血后2h,3.5h,4h,8h,16h检测,与即刻测定结果进行配对分析。结果即刻测定结果与4℃、室温(20~25℃)放置2h和3.5h,4h,8h,16h测定结果比较,TT和APTT测定结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论凝血四项标本室温、4℃放置过久与即刻测定结果相比,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。 TT测定结果缩短和APTT测定结果延长;标本放置室温、4℃分别在采血后2h,4h内完成。

Objective To observe the effect of specimen collection ,submission,storage time and temperature on coagulation de-termination results ,and to provide the basis for the establishment of testing processes .Methods Specimen from 65 Surgical ward patients was collected before 6:00 o'clock,and sent in 30 minutes for the inspection of prothrombin time (PT),fibrinogen(FIB),activated partial thromboplastintime(APTT) and thrombin time(TT) immediately.The remaining samples were stored in 4℃ and in room temperature and were testedafter 2h,3.5h,4h,8h,16h respectively.The matched -pair analysis was took immediately.Results According to the results,the differencesof TT and APTT showed statistical meaning (P <0.01).Conclusion The specimens placed at room temperature for too long ,themeasurement results of TT will be shortened ,while the APTT measurement results will be extended.The differences between Immediate determinationresults and results of measuring specimens at room temperature and 4℃ are obvious.
