为了探讨贫困生体育锻炼与心理健康的关系,为相关的干预研究提供科学依据。采用《锻炼态度量表》、《体育锻炼等级量表》和《SCL-90症状自评量表》,对广西省3所新建院校200名贫困大学生进行调查。结果发现,贫困生躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性因子及总分高于非贫困生,差异具有显著性;贫困生与非贫困生的锻炼态度各分量表基本不存在差异;贫困生的锻炼水平低于非贫困生差异具有非常显著性;体育锻炼水平与贫困生躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性因子及总分显著相关。良好的体育锻炼习惯对大学生的心理健康有着重要影响,高校应重视通过体育教育途径帮助贫困生树立良好体育锻炼习惯,提高学生的心理健康水平。

In order to study the relationship between physical exercise and mental health of poor students, To provide scientific evidence for the intervention research. The"exercise attitude scale","Physical activity rating scale"and"SCL-90 symptom checklist", Which conducted the survey of 3 new schools in Guangxi province 200 poor college students. Results the body, poor students, compulsion, Interpersonal relationship, Depression, anxiety, Psychotics and scores higher than the non poor students, The difference was significant; Poor students and non poor students exercise attitude subscales basic does not exist; Poor students exercise level is lower than the non poor students in summarization, Compulsion, interpersonal relationship, Depression, anxiety, Terror, psychotic factors and total score. Good exercise habits have an important impact on the mental health of college students, Colleges and universities should pay attention to the physical education way to help poor students to build up the good habit of physical exercise, Improve the level of students' mental health.
