目的:观察不同周龄组耐力训练对心肌代谢酶的影响,探讨耐力训练对心肌代谢酶产生最佳刺激的适宜年龄。方法:有氧训练以2%体重的负重负荷进行游泳60min/次,训练8周后,休息一天,用4%戊巴比妥那麻醉致死,取心肌分别用作冰冻切片和石蜡切片(横切面)。酶组织化学方法测定琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)。结果:经过8周耐力训练后各周龄训练组小鼠心肌的SDH的的活性明显增强,与对照组相比有显著性差异。结论:经过8周耐力训练后,心肌SDH均以3W组小鼠变化最为明显,提示如果要提高有氧代谢能力早期训练效果比较好。

Object:Observe the effection of endurance training to myocardial metabolism enzyme at different age group. Research the suitable age, that endurance training would give the best stimulation to myocardial metabolism enzyme. Method:The aerobic training was taken at a intensity of 2%body weight swimming .After 8 weeks ,one day rest, then narcosis to death with 2%sedative pentobarbital sodium, and take cardiac muscle,used to make frozen section and paraffin section (cross section). Succinate Dehydrogenase (SDH) was measured by enzymatic tissues chemical method. Results:Compared with the control group, the activity of SDH of group 3W cardiac muscle was obvious improved. Consulte:The training at age 3W is better than age 6W and 12W for SDH.
