采用电冶熔铸方法制备了DGJW30复合材料,研究了其铸态组织。结果表明,该复合材料的组织为珠光体、共晶莱氏体和未溶碳化钨,具体相为Fe3 W3 C、W2 C、WC、奥氏体、α-Fe和Fe3 C。共晶莱氏体由Fe3 W3 C和残留奥氏体组成。

DGJW30 composite was prepared by electro-slag melting and casting process , and the as-cast microstructure was investigated .The results show that the microstructure of DGJW 30 is composed of pearlite , eutectic ledeburite and undissolved tungsten carbide .The concrete phases are Fe 3 W3 C, W2 C, WC, austenite ,α-Fe and Fe3 C.The eutectic ledeburite is composed of Fe 3 W3 C and retained austenite .
