该文针对光栅尺传统信号处理方法需经硬件逻辑电路4倍频和辨向的问题,提出一种基于嵌入式微处理器STM32F103VE内置4倍频和辨向功能的光栅尺信号处理与速度位移检测方法,实现了用3个定时器检测速度,用1个定时器检测位移。该方案在不增加硬件成本的前提下,使得速度和位移检测更加可靠,精度更高,具有实用价值。
該文針對光柵呎傳統信號處理方法需經硬件邏輯電路4倍頻和辨嚮的問題,提齣一種基于嵌入式微處理器STM32F103VE內置4倍頻和辨嚮功能的光柵呎信號處理與速度位移檢測方法,實現瞭用3箇定時器檢測速度,用1箇定時器檢測位移。該方案在不增加硬件成本的前提下,使得速度和位移檢測更加可靠,精度更高,具有實用價值。

For the problem that the traditional grating scale signal proceeding method needs hardware logic circuit to quadruple frequency and differentiate direction , a method of velocity-position detection based on the timers'built-in quadruple frequency and differentiation direction functions of STM 32F103VE is proposed, u-sing 3 timers to realize the velocity detection , using 1 timer to realize the position detection .This scheme can make the velocity-position detection more reliable and more precise without increasing hardware costs , it has practical value .
