目的构建基于电子词典的多模态医学英语词汇教学模式,提高医学英语词汇教学效率。方法以英语构词法和多模态话语分析为理论基础,以医学英语词汇记忆任务为驱动,以“canaliculonasolacrimaloplasty”为例,以选词、拆词、解词、整合、拓展为主要过程,开展医学英语词汇教学实践。结果学生能够在较短的时间内,理解和记住大量医学英语词汇。结论以电子词的为主要工具的多模态医学英语词汇教学模式能够提高医学英语词汇教学效率,实现电子词典、多模态话语、英语词汇学等和医学英语词汇学习有机的整合。

Objective To construct a multimodal medical English vocabulary teaching modal with the application of Electronic dictionary. Methods Taking“canaliculonasolacrimaloplasty” as an example, based on the theory of English word-formation and multimodality, we carried out a medical English vocabulary teaching experiment with the vocabulary learning task as the driven force and the words ’ selecting, dissecting, illustrating, integrating and expanding as the main processes. Results The student can remember a quantity of medical English terms within a relatively short period. Conclusions The teaching efficiency can be improved by this modal, with which a tentative combination of electronic dictionary, multimodal discourse and English lexicology between medical English terms learning could be realized.
