选用某电厂的实际用煤及焦炭,模拟燃煤电厂的煤炭燃烧过程,在不同温度、助燃气体流量、煤粉粒径和氧含量等多种条件下分别进行实验,得出不同燃烧条件下NOx 的释放规律。实验表明,相同条件下,挥发分越大,氮的转化率也相对越大;煤的粒径越小,氮的转化效率越低;随着助燃气体流量的增加,燃料N转化为NOx 的总转化效率增加;氧含量增加缩短了反应时间,但燃料N总效率变化不大。

선용모전엄적실제용매급초탄,모의연매전엄적매탄연소과정,재불동온도、조연기체류량、매분립경화양함량등다충조건하분별진행실험,득출불동연소조건하NOx 적석방규률。실험표명,상동조건하,휘발분월대,담적전화솔야상대월대;매적립경월소,담적전화효솔월저;수착조연기체류량적증가,연료N전화위NOx 적총전화효솔증가;양함량증가축단료반응시간,단연료N총효솔변화불대。
The release rule of the NO x under different combustion conditions was researched with choosing the actual coal and coke of a power plant to simulate the coal combustion process in fired power plants at various factors with different temperatures , combustion gas flow , and oxygen content of coal .It showed that the more vol-atile, the greater of the rate of nitrogen conversion under the same conditions .The smaller the particle size of coal, the lower the conversion efficiency of nitrogen .As the combustion gas flow increases , the total conversion efficiency of fuel N into the NO x is increased and the oxygen content increased while the reaction time is shorten , but little change in the overall efficiency of fuel N .
