在已构建的结球甘蓝AFLP、SSR和SRAP标记高密度遗传图谱的基础上,运用MapQTL 4.0软件对结球甘蓝F2群体抽薹、开花时间两性状分别进行QTL定位和分析。最终检测到2个控制甘蓝抽薹时间性状的QTL( qbt-3-2、qbt-9-1),以及一个同开花时间性状相关的QTL(qft-9-1),分别位于连锁群LG3与LG9上,这3个QTL均为增效位点,共解释甘蓝抽薹、开花时间性状变异的17.5%,22.7%;同时得到与QTLs共分离的2个分子标记E46 M52-5、me26-em13-1,均可作为辅助选育甘蓝耐抽薹品种的标记使用,这将为结球甘蓝耐抽薹品种的选育提供理论依据。

재이구건적결구감람AFLP、SSR화SRAP표기고밀도유전도보적기출상,운용MapQTL 4.0연건대결구감람F2군체추대、개화시간량성상분별진행QTL정위화분석。최종검측도2개공제감람추대시간성상적QTL( qbt-3-2、qbt-9-1),이급일개동개화시간성상상관적QTL(qft-9-1),분별위우련쇄군LG3여LG9상,저3개QTL균위증효위점,공해석감람추대、개화시간성상변이적17.5%,22.7%;동시득도여QTLs공분리적2개분자표기E46 M52-5、me26-em13-1,균가작위보조선육감람내추대품충적표기사용,저장위결구감람내추대품충적선육제공이론의거。
Based on the Cabbage genetic linkage map which had been constructed previously , QTL mapping and analysis related to bolting and flowering time in the individuals of F 2 were conducted using MapQTL 4.0.Two QTL(qbt-3-2,qbt-9-1)located on LG3 and LG9 controlling the traits of bolting time and one QTL(qft-9-1)located on LG9 controlling the traits of flowering time in cabbage were detected .The three QTLs are all the sites of additive effect,17.5%,22.7%of variation that can be explained respectively .Meanwhile,two molecular markers(E46M52-5,me26-em13-1)corresponding with the QTLs could be used for M-AS of breeding for bolting tolerance .It will pro-vide the basis of theoretical for the resistant bolting varieties breeding .
