为解决华泰矿业有限公司地下采空区危害及煤矸石骨料不足的问题,通过现场调研、室内试验、理论分析,对煤矸石充填骨料替代品砂岩、页岩、钢渣的物化性能及其充填配比实验和胶结机理进行深入研究。结果表明,钢渣是合适的替代骨料,其胶结体具有较高的抗压和抗拉强度;推荐水泥∶粉煤灰∶钢渣=1∶8∶15,质量分数Cw=70%~72%,减水剂添加量为水泥与粉煤灰质量总和的0.5%~1.0%。应用于华泰矿业的结果表明,该技术是可行的,钢渣的利用率高达100%,充填体的抗压强度高达2.0 MPa,顶板最大下沉量仅1.207 mm,未发生地表塌陷,矿石回收率达82.37%。应用该技术可以充分回收“三下”煤炭资源,具有较高的经济效益。

Through field investigation , laboratory test and theoretical analysis , a feasibility study concerning substitution of aggregate of coal gangue was carried out to figure out a solution for poten -tial hazards in mined-out areas owned by the Huatai Mining Corporation Ltd.and the problem of shortage of coal gangue aggregate faced by this mining enterprise.The physical-chemical properties , the proportion of filling materials and the cementing mechanism of filling alternatives including sand-stone , shale and steel slag were investigated .The results show that the steel slag , high in both com-pressive and tensile strength , is a suitable alternative.Recommended ratio is 1∶8∶15 ( cement to fly ash to slag ) , with mass fraction being 70%~72%, and the dosage of the adding reducing agent be-ing 0.5%~1.0%of the total mass of cement and fly ash.Application of this filling formula in Hua-tai Mining Corporation Ltd.proves its feasibility , with 100% steel slag utilization , 2.0 MPa com-pressive strength , and 1.207 millimeter maximum roof deflection.No defection is detected in the surface, and the recovery ratio is 82.37%.Application of this technique is therefore capable of re-leasing the “three underneath” coal resources to generate enormous economic benefit .
