目的:观察一种以三氯生为主要成分的复方消毒液调合法对石膏模型上乙肝病毒的消毒效果及对模型精度的影响。方法在藻酸盐印模表面均匀涂布乙肝病毒阳性血清,然后分别用复方消毒液(实验组)和水(对照组)作为溶剂调拌石膏灌注模型,脱模后检测石膏模型上乙肝病毒的存活情况,同时测量2组石膏模型的尺寸。结果实验组乙肝病毒的灭活率高达97%,而对照组乙肝病毒的灭活率为0。分别对实验组和对照组的石膏模型进行尺寸测量,经SPSS软件分析,结果无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用复方消毒液调合法可以有效杀灭石膏模型上的乙肝病毒,并且不影响模型的尺寸精度,可广泛应用于临床工作中。

목적:관찰일충이삼록생위주요성분적복방소독액조합법대석고모형상을간병독적소독효과급대모형정도적영향。방법재조산염인모표면균균도포을간병독양성혈청,연후분별용복방소독액(실험조)화수(대조조)작위용제조반석고관주모형,탈모후검측석고모형상을간병독적존활정황,동시측량2조석고모형적척촌。결과실험조을간병독적멸활솔고체97%,이대조조을간병독적멸활솔위0。분별대실험조화대조조적석고모형진행척촌측량,경SPSS연건분석,결과무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론응용복방소독액조합법가이유효살멸석고모형상적을간병독,병차불영향모형적척촌정도,가엄범응용우림상공작중。
Objective This study aims to observe the disinfection efficiency and influence on model precision of a three triclosan as the main component of the compound disinfection spray on the plaster model of Hepatitis B virus. Methods Hepatitis B virus positive serum was coated uniformly in alginate impression surface. Using the compound disinfection solution(experimental group) and water(control group) as solvent mixing gypsum perfusion model, the survival state of the hepatitis B virus on the plaster model was detected after release. In addition, the dimension of the two groups of gypsum models was measured. Results The hepatitis B virus inactivation rate reached as high as 97% in the experimental group, whereas 0 in the control group. The plaster model for the size was measured in the experimental and control groups, respectively, through the SPSS software analysis. The results had no statistical significance(P>0.05). Conclusion The application of compound disinfection solution blending method can effectively kill the hepatitis B virus of the plaster model, but does not affect the accuracy of the model; hence, can be widely used in clinical work.
