目的采用絮凝剂壳聚糖用于板蓝根水提取液的澄清除杂。方法以表告依春含量为指标,对絮凝法(CTS法)和水提醇沉法进行比较。结果 CTS法优于水提醇沉法。结论 CTS法不仅澄清除杂效果好,且成本低,;安全无毒,可代替醇沉法用于板蓝根水提取液除杂工艺。

Objective To clarify water extract of radix isalidis via chitosan flocculation.Methods The qulity of epigotrin content was used as the index to compare the results of chitosan flocculation and that of ethanol subsiding.Results CTS method was better than ethanol subsiding method. Conclusion Chitosan flocculating method was efficient on the clarification of water extract of radix isalidis,economic and safe and can replace ethanol subsiding method.
