目的探讨甲状腺癌根治手术的围手术期护理措施。方法手术前对102例甲状腺癌患者进行术前准备、心理护理及；术后对患者生命体征、并发症观察的护理及出院指导等综合护理措施。结果102例患者术后患者恢复良好，无并发症发生，均治愈出院。结论通过对甲状腺癌患者围手术期进行精心护理，可以有效地降低并发症的发生及其危害，同时是确保甲状腺癌手术成功的关键。
목적탐토갑상선암근치수술적위수술기호리조시。방법수술전대102례갑상선암환자진행술전준비、심리호리급；술후대환자생명체정、병발증관찰적호리급출원지도등종합호리조시。결과102례환자술후환자회복량호，무병발증발생，균치유출원。결론통과대갑상선암환자위수술기진행정심호리，가이유효지강저병발증적발생급기위해，동시시학보갑상선암수술성공적관건。
Objective during operation period nursing of radical operation of thyroid carcinoma objective. Methods Operation was performed on 102 patients with thyroid cancer before operation method of preparation, psychological nursing and postoperative nursing care of patients; vital signs, complications and discharge guidance comprehensive nursing measures. Results 102 cases of patients with postoperative patients recovered well, no complications occurred, were cured and discharged. Conclusion through careful nursing of thyroid cancer patients during operation period, can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and its harm, at the same time are the key to ensure the success of the operation of thyroid cancer.
