目的观察曲安奈德联合B12治疗膝关节滑囊炎的疗效。方法457例经检查明确诊断为膝关节滑囊炎积液的患者进行关节穿刺抽液，抽尽关节积液后注入曲安奈德50mg+维生素B120.5mg混合液，配合服用解热镇痛抗炎药及适当利尿药。结果本方法治疗1~5次，平均3次，经过6个月观察，症状消失，临床治愈，关节活动功能恢复正常占96%。本法治疗具有复发率低，短期效果好的优点。关节抽液注入曲安奈德混合液治疗膝关节滑膜囊具有显著的优点，在基层医疗单位有临床应用价值，值得推广。
