利用中国知网2006-2011年生物论文数据，运用文献计量分析和社会网络分析，分别从区域层面和机构层面对陕西省生物产出特征和创新网络展开分析，探讨了陕西省生物创新的产出模式和合作模式。实证研究表明，陕西省生物论文产出在区域上和机构上均呈现较高集中性，高校是最重要的论文参与者，合作广泛存在但合作频次普遍较低，较高频次的合作主要发生在同区域机构间，以及和学术中心北京、邻近省份的机构间。

Using biblometrics and social network analysis methods on CNKI 2006 -2011 biotechnology paper ,it analyzes the biotechnology output characters and the innovation network of Shaanxi province in order to study its innovation and collaboration pattern. The results show high concen-tration at both the region and affiliation level and university is the dominant participator. There are widely collaboration among regions and affilia-tions while most of them are weak. The stronger collaboration mainly happened between affiliations from the same region and with affiliations from Beijing and other neighbouring provinces .
