目的医学院校临床医学专业学生与心理学专业、理工科专业学生共情能力的对照研究。方法使用人际反应指针量表，对临床医学专业、心理学专业、理工科专业各60名学生进行问卷调查。结果临床医学专业学生在总分以及观点采择、想象力、同情关心三因子得分显著低于心理学专业学生，差异具有统计学意义。临床医学专业学生的个人痛苦因子得分低于理工科专业学生，差异具有统计学意义。结论医学院校有必要加强学生共情能力的培养，提高临床医学专业学生的共情能力。

Objective To comparison empathy capability between clinical students and psychological students, science students in a medicine university. Methods Empathy capability was in-vestigated respectively in 60 clinical students, 60 psychological students and 60 science students in a medicine university by using the Interpersonal Reactivity Index-C. Results The score of Perspective Taking, Fantasy and Empathy Concern in clinical students were lower than in psychological students; To compared with the science students,the clinical students also have lower scored in Personal Distress. Con-clusions It is necessary to strengthen the empathic education for clinical students in the university.
