[目的]研究原发性睾丸淋巴瘤的临床和病理特征，探讨其最佳诊治方法。[方法]回顾性分析21例原发性睾丸淋巴瘤的临床资料。[结果]21例患者均接受根治性睾丸切除术，18例接受化疗，6例接受放疗，3例未接受放化疗。随访12～101个月（中位随访时间29个月）11例存活，10例死亡。[结论]原发性睾丸淋巴瘤应采用综合治疗，建议手术后患者采用化疗和放疗，大剂量M TX可预防中枢神经系统复发。

[Objective]To investigate clinical and pathological features of primary testicular lymphoma , and explore the best diagnosis and treatment method .[Methods]Clinical data of 21 patients with primary tes-ticular lymphoma were analyzed retrospectively .[Results] All 21 patients underwent radical orchiectomy .A-mong them ,18 patients received chemotherapy ,and 6 patients received radiotherapy ,and 3 patients did not received chemotherapy or radiotherapy .The 11 patients were followed up and still alive ,and 10 patients died .[Conclusion] Primary testicular lymphoma should be treated by multi-modality treatment .It is recommended that patients after operation are treated by chemotherapy and radiotherapy .Large dose of M TX can prevent the recurrence of central nervous system disease .
