[目的]探讨运用小剂量氨氯地平联合替米沙坦治疗高血压患者的临床疗效。[方法]选择本院2010年8月至2012年8月间进行诊治的172例高血压患者，将其随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者口服替米沙坦进行治疗，观察组患者在口服替米沙坦的基础上加用小剂量氨氯地平，比较两组患者的临床疗效。[结果]治疗后，两组患者的血压水平与治疗前相比均有所下降，观察组患者的降压达标率在1个月末、3个月末、6个月末均比对照组高，且两组相比较差异有显著性（P ＜0．05），两组患者不良反应发生率未见明显差异（P ＞0．05）。[结论]在治疗高血压时应用小剂量氨氯地平联合替米沙坦进行治疗的临床效果显著，血压达标速度快，同时不增加患者出现不良反应的几率，值得在临床上推广使用。
[목적]탐토운용소제량안록지평연합체미사탄치료고혈압환자적림상료효。[방법]선택본원2010년8월지2012년8월간진행진치적172례고혈압환자，장기수궤분위대조조화관찰조。대조조환자구복체미사탄진행치료，관찰조환자재구복체미사탄적기출상가용소제량안록지평，비교량조환자적림상료효。[결과]치료후，량조환자적혈압수평여치료전상비균유소하강，관찰조환자적강압체표솔재1개월말、3개월말、6개월말균비대조조고，차량조상비교차이유현저성（P ＜0．05），량조환자불량반응발생솔미견명현차이（P ＞0．05）。[결론]재치료고혈압시응용소제량안록지평연합체미사탄진행치료적림상효과현저，혈압체표속도쾌，동시불증가환자출현불량반응적궤솔，치득재림상상추엄사용。
[Objective]To explore the clinical efficacy of small dose of amlodipine combined with telmisartan for the treatment of hypertensive patients .[Methods]Totally 172 patients with hypertension diagnosed and treated in our hospital form Aug .2010 to Aug .2012 were chosen and randomly divided into control group and treatment group .Patients in con-trol group were treated with oral telmisartan ,while the patients in treatment group were treated with small dose of amlo-dipine based on oral telmisartan .Clinical efficacy was compared between two groups .[Results]Compared with before treatment ,blood pressure levels in two groups after treatment were decreased .After treatment ,the control rate of blood pressure in treatment group at the end of 1 ,3 and 6 months was higher than that in control group ,and there was signifi-cant difference( P<0 .05) .There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse effect between two groups ( P>0 .05) .[Conclusion]Small dose of amlodipine combined with telmisartan for the treatment of hypertension has more significant clinical efficacy and rapid blood pressure control ,and can not increase the incidence of adverse effect .There-fore ,it is worthy of clinical promotion .
