[目的]探讨复方丹参滴丸对中青年脑卒中患者D-二聚体及同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的影响。[方法]选择经头颅C T或核磁共振检查证实为脑卒中的青年患者137例,随机分为两组:观察组69例,采用复方丹参滴丸、丁苯酞氯化钠与阿司匹林治疗;对照组68例,仅采用苯酞氯化钠与阿司匹林治疗。比较两组患者急性期与恢复期的血清D-二聚体和 Hcy水平。[结果]经治疗后,两组患者D-二聚体与 Hcy水平呈降低趋势( P <0.05);在急性期和康复期治疗组患者血清D-二聚体与Hcy水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。[结论]复方丹参滴丸可改善脑卒中患者的血液高凝状态,具有抗血栓、降低D-二聚体及 H cy水平的作用。

[목적]탐토복방단삼적환대중청년뇌졸중환자D-이취체급동형반광안산(Hcy)적영향。[방법]선택경두로C T혹핵자공진검사증실위뇌졸중적청년환자137례,수궤분위량조:관찰조69례,채용복방단삼적환、정분태록화납여아사필림치료;대조조68례,부채용분태록화납여아사필림치료。비교량조환자급성기여회복기적혈청D-이취체화 Hcy수평。[결과]경치료후,량조환자D-이취체여 Hcy수평정강저추세( P <0.05);재급성기화강복기치료조환자혈청D-이취체여Hcy수평균저우대조조,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。[결론]복방단삼적환가개선뇌졸중환자적혈액고응상태,구유항혈전、강저D-이취체급 H cy수평적작용。
[Objective]To explore the impact of compound Danshen drip pill(CSDP) on D-dimer and homo-cysteine(Hcy) in young patients with stroke .[Methods]Totally 137 patients with stroke confirmed by cerebral CT or MRI were chosen and divided into two groups .The observation group( n=69) was treated with CSDP , butylphthalide NaCl and aspirin .The control group( n =68) was only treated with butylphthalide NaCl and aspirin .Serum levels of D-dimer and Hcy in patients during acute and rehabilitation period were compared be-tween two groups .[Results]After treatment ,the levels of D-dimer and Hcy in two groups showed a decreasing trend( P < 0 .05) .In acute phase and rehabilitation period ,serum levels of D-dimer and Hcy in treatment group were lower than those in control group ,and there was significant difference( P <0 .05) .[Conclusion]CSDP can improve hypercoagulable state of patients with stroke ,and has the effects such as anti-thrombosis and lowering the levels of D-dimer and Hcy .
