为探索一定浓度外源 Ca2+在缓解枇杷冻害中所起到的积极作用,以盆栽枇杷苗为试材,先采用不同浓度 CaCl2溶液喷施叶片,并用焦锑酸钙沉淀法检验处理效果,后采用人工降温的方法进行低温处理,并对-3℃1.5 h 处理条件下的枇杷叶组织抗寒生理的相关指标进行测定。结果表明:0.05~50 mmol ? L -1浓度的 CaCl2溶液,均能不同程度地降低枇杷苗 MDA 含量和提高 SOD 、 POD 、 CAT 及 APX 活性。其中,以10 mmol ? L -1 CaCl2溶液处理的 SOD 活性最高,高于对照26.70%,且达到显著水平;以25 mmol ? L -1 CaCl2溶液处理的 APX活性最高,高于对照6.39%,但未达到显著水平。结论:在低温来临之前果园喷水防寒时,喷施适宜浓度的CaCl2溶液有利于提高枇杷苗的抗寒性,从而可以在一定程度缓解低温伤害。

L -1 CaCl2용액처리적 APX활성최고,고우대조6.39%,단미체도현저수평。결론:재저온래림지전과완분수방한시,분시괄의농도적CaCl2용액유리우제고비파묘적항한성,종이가이재일정정도완해저온상해。
CaCl2 solution of different concentrattion were sprayed on the leaves of potted Eriobotrya japonica seedlings ,the effects were verified by the calcium pyroantimonate precipitation method . Then ,the seedlings were artificially treated at - 3 ℃ for 1.5 h ,and the cold resistance-relating physiological indices of the leaf tissues were measured . The results showed that CaCl2 solutions of 0.05 - 50 mmol ? L - 1 could all managed to decrease the MDA contents and to increase the SOD ,POD ,CAT and APX activities . The SOD activity of the control group was significantly elevated by 26.70% by using 10 mmol ? L - 1 CaCl2 solution . Although the APX activity of the control was maximally increased by 6.392% via 25 mmol ? L - 1 CaCl2 solution , the upgrowth was still not significant . Thus ,spraying appropriate CaCl2 solution besides water in orchards prior to cold-air outbreaks was conducive to augmenting the cold-resistance indices of Eriobotrya japonica seedlings ,thereby minimizing the low-temperature damages .
