针对我国电脑横机控制系统的现状和特点,分析了单层集中式控制系统和双层分布式控制系统的结构,在此基础上提出了基于三级递阶控制原理设计适合多CPU协同工作的电脑横机控制系统。管理级以ARM为核心,负责人机交互,同时采集和处理大量来自协调级的实时数据;协调级以DSP和FPGA为核心,负责解释并执行管理级发送的指令,监视各执行级子系统反馈的运行状况;执行级以DSP为核心,负责接收从协调级发送的指令,并将执行部件的动作状况反馈给协调级系统。该三级递阶控制方法更加清晰地对硬件系统进行分解,产品适应性更强。

In terms of the present situation and characteristics of control system of domestic computerized flat knitting machine, the paper analyses the structure of single-layer centralized and double-layer distributed control system, and also proposes a new kind of control system of computerized flat knitting machine based on three-level hierarchical control principle, which is appropriate for multi-CPU working together. The three-level hierarchical control system means that management level with the core ARM is responsible for human-computer interaction and real-time data collection and processing from the coordination level; coordination level with the core DSP and FPGA is responsible for interpretive execution the order sent from management level, and monitor running feedback from subsystem of executive-level; executive-level with the core DSP is responsible for receiving instructions sent from the coordination level, and giving feedback the action status. The three-level hierarchical control method presented in this paper can resolve the hardware system more clearly, which can make the product more flexible.
