以乙酸甲酯、一甲胺为原料合成N-甲基乙酰胺,在n(乙酸甲酯)∶n(一甲胺)=1∶1.10~1.15,助剂用量为原料乙酸甲酯的20%~30%(质量分数),反应温度120~125℃,反应时间3.5~4.0h;反应压力2.0~2.5MPa,催化剂加入量占乙酸甲酯原料量0.05%~0.07%的条件下,乙酸甲酯转化率≥95%,N-甲基乙酰胺选择性≥93%。
以乙痠甲酯、一甲胺為原料閤成N-甲基乙酰胺,在n(乙痠甲酯)∶n(一甲胺)=1∶1.10~1.15,助劑用量為原料乙痠甲酯的20%~30%(質量分數),反應溫度120~125℃,反應時間3.5~4.0h;反應壓力2.0~2.5MPa,催化劑加入量佔乙痠甲酯原料量0.05%~0.07%的條件下,乙痠甲酯轉化率≥95%,N-甲基乙酰胺選擇性≥93%。
이을산갑지、일갑알위원료합성N-갑기을선알,재n(을산갑지)∶n(일갑알)=1∶1.10~1.15,조제용량위원료을산갑지적20%~30%(질량분수),반응온도120~125℃,반응시간3.5~4.0h;반응압력2.0~2.5MPa,최화제가입량점을산갑지원료량0.05%~0.07%적조건하,을산갑지전화솔≥95%,N-갑기을선알선택성≥93%。
N-methylacetamide was prepared with methyl acetate, methylamine as raw materials. The process conditions and influence factors were studied. The results showed that when the molar ratio of methyl acetate to methylamine was 1.10~1.15, the auxiliary of methyl acetate accounted was 20%~30%of the raw materials, reaction temperature was 120~125℃, reaction time was 3.5~4.0 h, re-action pressure was 2.0~2.5MPa, the catalyst amount was 0.05%~0.07%of the methyl acetate, the conversion rate of methyl acetate was above 95%, the selectivity of N-methylacetamidee was 93%.
