采用水热合成法制备了锆硅介孔分子筛催化剂,并通过XRD、N2吸附-脱附进行了表征,表明其具有介孔结构。以乙醇脱水制乙烯为模型反应,考察了催化剂的活性。结果表明,在锆硅摩尔比为1∶2、焙烧温度440℃、焙烧时间3h所制备出的催化剂,在脱水温度310℃,进料空速0.7h-1,乙烯收率在99%以上时,进料可用低浓度乙醇。
採用水熱閤成法製備瞭鋯硅介孔分子篩催化劑,併通過XRD、N2吸附-脫附進行瞭錶徵,錶明其具有介孔結構。以乙醇脫水製乙烯為模型反應,攷察瞭催化劑的活性。結果錶明,在鋯硅摩爾比為1∶2、焙燒溫度440℃、焙燒時間3h所製備齣的催化劑,在脫水溫度310℃,進料空速0.7h-1,乙烯收率在99%以上時,進料可用低濃度乙醇。

Mesoporous Zr/Si materials was synthesized under hydrothermal conditions,and characterized by XRD and nitrogen adsorption-desorption.The results showed that the obtained materials were of the characteristics of mesoporous molecular sieves. Mesoporous Zr/Si was used as catalyst in the procedure of alcohol into ethylene.Results indicated that molar ratio of Zr/Si was 1∶2,calcination temperature was 440℃, calcination time was 3h, reaction temperature was 310℃,and feed space velocity was 0.7h-1, the catalytic performance was better than the others and yield of ethylene was higher than 99%.Low concentration ethanol could be used as feed.
