采用模板剂法和直接法合成ZSM-5分子筛,并对其催化性能进行评价对比。从催化性能、粒径、疲劳寿命等方面对比了2种方法合成的分子筛基本性能,模板剂法ZSM-5分子筛的晶型及孔道稳定均匀,粒径均匀,抗疲劳寿命强,具有更稳定的催化性能。与直接法合成的分子筛相比较而言,模板剂法分子筛更适合环己醇工业生产的需要。

ZSM-5 molecular sieve was synthesized by template method and direct method, and the corresponding catalytic perfor-mance evaluation was compared from the catalytic properties, particle size and fatigue life. It was found that the ZSM-5 molecular sieve by template method had better crystal type, uniform pore stability, uniform particle size, strong anti fatigue life, and more stable catalytic performance. Compared with direct method, template method was more suitable for cyclohexanol production.
