目的：通过本次处方分析，了解医院门诊抗菌药物的基本使用情况，从而促进临床上合理用药。方法随机抽查我院2012年12月至2013年2月三个月内一天门诊处方，对抗菌药物使用情况从药品使用情况、给药途径、联合用药、用药适宜性等进行统计分析。结果随机抽取的8100张门诊处方中共发现使用抗菌药物的处方为911张，占总处方数的11.25%，各项分析数据符合医院实际工作情况和卫生部《2012年抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动方案》的标准。结论医院门诊抗菌药物使用基本合理，但也存在不适宜、不规范的现象，需在今后的工作中进一步加强和完善抗菌药物使用、监督和管理。
목적：통과본차처방분석，료해의원문진항균약물적기본사용정황，종이촉진림상상합리용약。방법수궤추사아원2012년12월지2013년2월삼개월내일천문진처방，대항균약물사용정황종약품사용정황、급약도경、연합용약、용약괄의성등진행통계분석。결과수궤추취적8100장문진처방중공발현사용항균약물적처방위911장，점총처방수적11.25%，각항분석수거부합의원실제공작정황화위생부《2012년항균약물림상응용전항정치활동방안》적표준。결론의원문진항균약물사용기본합리，단야존재불괄의、불규범적현상，수재금후적공작중진일보가강화완선항균약물사용、감독화관리。
Objective To understand the basic circumstances of antimicrobial agents use and promote clinical rational drug use among outpatients through the prescription analysis. Methods Outpatient prescriptions of random one day were surveied from 2012.12 to 2013.02.The circumstances of antimicrobial agents use were analyzed in according to the route of administration,combination therapy,Suitability of medication,etc. Results 911 of 8,100 outpatient prescriptions were located which used antimicrobial agents,accounting for 11.25% of the total. The analytical data conform to the 《special rectification activities on clinical application of antibiotics in 2012》and correspond to the actual work in our hospital. Conclusion Outpatient prescriptions of antimicrobial were reasonable in our hospital, but there still exsisted some problems those were considered as inappropriate and non-standard. Strengthening, improvement, supervision and management of antibacterial drugs use is necessary in the future .
