以焦磷酸钾、钼酸钠、氯化铁、氧氯化锆等为原材料,制备了焦磷钼酸锆( ZMPP)、焦磷氧酸锆( ZOPP)、焦磷钼酸铁(FMPP)3种焦磷杂酸盐无机离子交换剂,采用XRF,XRD,FT-IR,SEM对合成样品进行了表征,测定了合成样品对Cs+的吸附性能,研究了合成样品的耐酸性。结果表明:ZMPP,ZOPP,FMPP为组成不定的无定形态物质,其中ZMPP,ZOPP呈箔状,FMPP呈凝胶状;ZMPP,ZOPP,FMPP三者对Cs+均具有较好的吸附性,实验条件下,以常温合成的ZMPP-25,FMPP吸附性较好,两者的吸附量可达2.38 mmol/g和2.36 mmol/g;少量Mo元素的存在,对ZMPP-25,ZOPP吸附Cs+的性能影响较大,前者较后者提高了约50%;3种交换剂的耐酸性从强到弱的顺序为ZMPP-25>ZOPP>FMPP。
以焦燐痠鉀、鉬痠鈉、氯化鐵、氧氯化鋯等為原材料,製備瞭焦燐鉬痠鋯( ZMPP)、焦燐氧痠鋯( ZOPP)、焦燐鉬痠鐵(FMPP)3種焦燐雜痠鹽無機離子交換劑,採用XRF,XRD,FT-IR,SEM對閤成樣品進行瞭錶徵,測定瞭閤成樣品對Cs+的吸附性能,研究瞭閤成樣品的耐痠性。結果錶明:ZMPP,ZOPP,FMPP為組成不定的無定形態物質,其中ZMPP,ZOPP呈箔狀,FMPP呈凝膠狀;ZMPP,ZOPP,FMPP三者對Cs+均具有較好的吸附性,實驗條件下,以常溫閤成的ZMPP-25,FMPP吸附性較好,兩者的吸附量可達2.38 mmol/g和2.36 mmol/g;少量Mo元素的存在,對ZMPP-25,ZOPP吸附Cs+的性能影響較大,前者較後者提高瞭約50%;3種交換劑的耐痠性從彊到弱的順序為ZMPP-25>ZOPP>FMPP。

Three kinds of pyrophosphoric heteropolyacid salt inorganic ion -exchangers, including zirconyl molybdopyrophosphate ( ZMPP ) , zirconyl oxypyrophosphate ( ZOPP ) and ferric molybdopyrophosphate ( FMPP) , were prepared using tetrapotassium diphosphate , sodium molybdate , ferric chloride and zirco-nium oxychloride as raw materials .The properties of synthesized samples were characterized by X -ray fluorescence (XRF), X-ray diffraction ( XRD), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy ( FTIR) and scanning electron microscope (SEM).In addition, the cesium ion absorption properties and acid resist-ance of the synthesized samples were investigated as well .The results show that the ZMPP , ZOPP and FMPP were amorphous substances with uncertain compositions .The morphologies of the ZMPP and ZOPP were foil-like.The FMPP appeared to be the typical gel -like.The ZMPP, ZOPP and FMPP possessed excellent cesium ion absorption properties .The cesium ion absorption properties of ZMPP -25 and FMPP were better under the room temperature synthesis condition .The cesium ion absorption capacities of ZMPP-25 and FMPP were 2.38 mmol/g and 2.36 mmol/g, respectively.The existence of a small amount Mo element had great influence on the cesium ion absorption properties of ZMPP -25 and ZOPP.The former was about 50%higher than the latter .The acid resistance order of the three kinds of exchangers was as follows:ZMPP-25>ZOPP>FMPP.
