目的:为提高全院护士的业务素质,以适应优质护理对护士提出的新要求。方法2011年开始,我院改变以往的科内护理查房的方式,开展了多科联合护理查房。结果经过3年的实践证明,这种查房方式适合优质护理的开展,能促进护理管理,激发护士的学习兴趣,提高护士观察、分析、解决问题及护理科研能力,使护士的业务素质不断提高。护士离职率从2011年8%、2012年5%逐渐降到2013年3.34%,从而改善了护理质量,提高护士留职率,使患者生理一心理一社会的需求得到进一步的满足。结论多科联合护理查房增加了护士知识更新的渠道,提高了护士素质,同时也对护理质量有改善作用。

목적:위제고전원호사적업무소질,이괄응우질호리대호사제출적신요구。방법2011년개시,아원개변이왕적과내호리사방적방식,개전료다과연합호리사방。결과경과3년적실천증명,저충사방방식괄합우질호리적개전,능촉진호리관리,격발호사적학습흥취,제고호사관찰、분석、해결문제급호이과연능력,사호사적업무소질불단제고。호사리직솔종2011년8%、2012년5%축점강도2013년3.34%,종이개선료호리질량,제고호사류직솔,사환자생리일심리일사회적수구득도진일보적만족。결론다과연합호리사방증가료호사지식경신적거도,제고료호사소질,동시야대호리질량유개선작용。
Objective To improve the nurse service quality, in order to adapt to the new requirements of high quality nursing to nurse the. Methods 2011 year, our hospital change Kone nursing rounds the way, the group of nursing rounds. Results After 3 years of practice proved that, the rounds for high quality nursing, can promote the nursing management, motivating their interest in learning, improve the nurses' observation, analysis, problem solving and nursing scientific research ability, and continuously improve the nurse service quality. The nurse turnover rate gradual y decreased from 8%in 2011, 5%in 2012 to 3.34%in 2013, so as to improve the quality of care, improve the nurses' rate, make the patient's physiological psychology and social needs to be further satisfied. Conclusion Group nursing rounds increased nurses knowledge update channels, improve the quality of nurses, but also to improve nursing quality.
