采用案例分析法与文献研究法,对目前我国高校中普遍存在的学业困难学生的产生原因及解决方式进行了综合与分析,提出了现有解决方案失效的原因,并从全人教育理念的视角,重新反思学业困难学生的管理,建议改变对学业困难学生的定位与态度;调整教育评价方式,注重过程评价与反馈;普及全人教育理念,加强对学业困难学生的个性化引导与精细化管理。

Based on the condition that there are commonly students with learning difficulties in u-niversities in China mainland, the purpose of this paper is to analyze the reasons why students develop learning difficulties and to discover possible solutions through cases studies and literature review. From the perspective of holistic education, the paper rethought the management strategies of students with learning difficulties, and proposes that educational staffs should change the judgment and attitude towards students with learning difficulties, adjust our present evaluation and management systems, popularize holistic education concept and finally strengthen personalized guidance and delicacy management of students with learning difficulties.
