A power-on reset circuit which can be integrated into the digital IC or mixed analog-digital IC working in low supply voltage was designed with 0.18mm process. The POR (power on reset) has a function of power-on and power-down detection, and is insensitive to the power-on speed of power supply. Therefore, the immunity to power supply noise can be realized with a hysteresis comparator. The Corner simulation results show that the circuit can realize more than 100 us time delay. Compared with the traditional POR, this circuit can work well under low voltage, its structure is more simple and its performance is more reliable.
