FTY720是冬虫夏草中提取的有效成分多球壳菌素(ISP-1)通过结构改造而合成的一种新型免疫抑制剂,它通过诱导淋巴细胞凋亡和归巢而表现出良好的免疫抑制效果,可用于器官移植的抗排斥反应以及自身免疫性疾病的治疗.近年研究发现,FTY720还能够诱导多种肿瘤细胞生长停滞和凋亡,抑制肿瘤转移而发挥抗肿瘤潜力.该文对FTY720的生物学功能及与卵巢癌的关系作一个简要的总结.

FTY720,a novel immunosuppressive agent,is synthesized by modification of myriocin (ISP-1) from a traditional Chinese herbal medicine Isaclaria sinclrii.FTY720 exerts good immune suppressive effect by inducing lymphoeytes apoptosis and homing,which can be used for organ transplant rejection as well as anti-autoimmune disease treatment.Recent studies have found that FTY720 plays antitumor potential by inducing growth arrest and apoptosis as well as inhibiting tumor metastasis.This paper gives a brief summary of the biological function of FTY720 and the relationship between FTY720 and ovarian cancer.
